KYN-001 is our lead program, designed to combine inflammation control with barrier-focused biology in a development-oriented format. It brings together an anti-inflammatory peptide module and a β-defensin-derived module to address two central dimensions of atopic dermatitis: dysregulated immune activity and impaired skin barrier defense.
