'After living with eczema for 28 years, the limitations of current treatment options have become very clear. Corticosteroids often proved insufficient over time, and after prolonged use my eczema would return more aggressively, highlighting how fragile and unsustainable this approach can be for long‑term control. This experience led to hands‑on exploration of peptide‑based approaches on self and close family members, identifying a promising therapeutic direction that now forms the basis of Kynova’s work'.

Building the early team

As the company moves into its next phase, Kynova is looking to build a high‑quality early team around peptide therapeutic development. We would especially like to hear from individuals with backgrounds in peptide chemistry, formulation development, analytical development, CMC, dermatology immunology, and translational skin biology.

At this stage, Kynova is able to offer a basic rate of payment alongside equity participation for the right people who want to help build the company in its early phase.
